Monsoon has arrived and it is calming as well as pleasant. However, the monsoons also invite a lot of health issues with it. While you are enjoying this environment, it affects your body in different ways – digestion, skin infection, low immune system, fever, cold and a lot more. Dealing with all these problems seems difficult? The solution is eating healthy. Taking care of what is consumed in terms of foods and liquids is a must.
